Cash, HSA card, and all major credit cards are accepted. Payment is due in full at the time of the session. 

I am currently accepting Cigna insurance for my services, and have a limited number of spots available. If you have Aetna insurance I may be able to work with you on a case by case basis. I would be considered an out-of-network provider for other insurance companies, and I can provide you with a superbill which you can submit to request reimbursement for therapy services. You would need to contact your insurance company directly and ask them if you have coverage for an out-of-network provider. 

If you cancel or reschedule your therapy appointment with less than 24 hours notice, or if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, a $100 fee will be charged (with the exception of true emergencies).  I encourage the use of telehealth as a way of keeping your appointment and avoiding the cancellation fee when there are barriers to physically attending. 

I am happy to offer telehealth virtual services to clients who live within the state of California by phone or video. EMDR is also available to telehealth clients and can be done virtually.
